This could be a medal/badge showing the amount hours played (like how the dueling badge tracks wins), leveling up after a certain number of hours. There could also be achievements related to hours played aswell. Could possibly include the ability to wear previous versions of the badge like styles. There could also be a rare item or two found whenever you level up your badge.

Suggested:

The Five Second Fighter (bronze) - 100 Hours played
The Minute Mann(silver) - 500 Hours played
The Centennial Centurion (gold)- 1000 hours played
The Aged Addict/Official Addiction (platinum)- 2500 hours played

Forgive the crappy picture and lack of model, my computer cannot handle modeling for some reason so I had to PhotoShop in the names (I edited the date of hire badges).
Also, this is my first workshop item, so of course it's gonna be terrible.
