Huge open chamber with bts fog and a custom designed elevator.

- fixed silly error in which info_player_start feet was placed slightly below elevator floor and caused player immobility in workshop version only

- fixed texture toggles on tractor beam polarity indicator strips.
- massively improved performance and reduced file size by increasing lightmap scale on background brushes.

- fixed embarrassing design oversight allowing puzzle circumvention.

- player_clip added to fix top of the world beam error.
- player_clip added to side of departure elevator to prevent getting trapped on beam.
- added invisible active brush to departure elevator to fix bunnyhop trap.

So many fixes, arrrgh! feel free to mention any more errors and I'll fix those as well.
