tried a couple different things he still has grey head. Any ideas on how to fix that?

You probably need the apachi skyhair mod and I strongly reccomend the BetterMales mod avaliable on skyrimnexus to get him to look like the screencap

Nice idea (almost all marriagiable NPCs are ugly as hell) and he looks so good on that screenshot. But instead, he's an old and ugly guy .__. Can you please fix it? Do I need another mod for his hair or so?

It is a guy, in game you'll note he looks moe like a guy through the body too.
