Mage Armor I: Battlemage

Описание
Do you like playing as a mage ,but want too have armor that protects you and gives you magical bonuses? Well I am pleased to say this mods for you. This mod adds a new set of armor (battlemage armor) which can be found in the College of Winterhold Arcaneum. Also there is an unechanted version which can be crafted at a smithing forge.

Recipes
-------------
Hood - 3 leather/3 leather

Chain mail - 4 ebony ingots/3 leather strips

Gauntlets - 2 ebony ingots/2leather strips

Boots - 2 ebony ingots/3 leather strips

Shield - 3 ebony ingots/3 leather strips

Location
-------------------------
Found directly in front of you when walking into arcaneum.

*You have to sneak to get it because it will count as stealing*

Enchanted Version
------------------------------
FOR ENCHANTMENTS LOOK AT PICTURES FOR MOD.
BUT IF YOU CAN'T READ IT THEN HERE ARE THE ENCH'S.

-Hood- +10 magicka/ magicka regenerates 100% quicker

-Chain mail- carry capacity +20/health +20/destruction and conjuration spells cost 50% less magicka

-Gauntlets-health and stamina regenerate 20% faster/armor rating +10

-Boots-shout timer recovers 20% quicker/restoration and illusion cost 50% less

-Shield-35% more resistant to fire, frost, shock

if battlemages always used light armor, how come battlemages in oblivion had Heavy armor?

Presonally, I did not fully enjoy this mod. The "Battlemage Hood" was an enchanted and renamed ebony helmet. This might be a subjective problem, though the issue should still be know. Additionally, I personally found the enchantments to be overpowered, seeing as how you could technically aqquire them at level one. Finally, in The Elder Scrolls lore, a Battlemage always used light armor, rarely even robes. A Spellsword uses heavy armor, just thought you should know. I like what the mod is trying to do, it just trips at the finish line. I hope to see it improve!

Hey man I can't find the armor. I've looked all over the arcanum. Any help would be appreciated.

I cant enchant the chest piece, i can enchant other pieces just fine, the chest is the only one that doesnt show up in the menu. It does look great though.

...This is just the ebony mail set with a hood. You can make this with enchanting! I mean, really. Get some ebony armor and a hood, boom, enchant it like this, and done: you've basically got this mod without having to subscribe and because of that, you don't have to waste space on your drive.

I know how hard it is to make a mod; I've tried, but this just isn't anything that stands out to me. Thank you for providing something mages can get some use out of, though; I know how rare that is, but I'm just looking for something a bit more creative.

Unless I'm wrong and this is something recolored, like took ebony mail for the cuirass, then recolored something else for the gloves and boots, but that is OBVIOUSLY the ebony shield, and I know that hood is in the actual game, and enchantable.

WITH ALL OF THAT SAID, I really think you should keep making mods, maybe get into modelling. If you do that, I will definately download one of your mods.
