Rift Overlook Manor

Описание
I've tried several different player-created houses, and found most a little overly extravagant (plenty of good ones though). With Rift Overlook, I wanted to make something that was worthy of the Dragonborn, but wasn't larger than the Blue Palace of Solitude.

Within the property, you'll find most everyting you need to live/store/craft, and even a few static memorabila from around Skyrim, but again, nothing too outlandish. You can find Rift Overlook directly east of Trevas Watch and Northwest of Faldar's Tooth.

**Requires the Dragonborn DLC**

What you will find:

1. Master bedroom with wardrobe/chest/safe storage
2. Ready room with mannequins/weapon plague/chest/wardrobe storage
3. Display room with mannequins/weapon racks/weapon plagues
4. Alchemy lab, enchanting table (inside), blacksmithing area (outside)
5. Stocked kitchin/dining rooms
6. Reading room with plenty of book storage (cases instead of shelves, which are too glitchy)
7. Basement storage and practice room
8. Separate staff house with 2 staff rooms and Major Domo master bedroom.
9. Stable for ze horsies
10. Bridge to nearby local road
11. Boat for the nice weather.

What you won't find:

1. Unreasonably large castle
2. Built in an impossible-to-get-to cliff location with no access to roads/rivers
2. Crazy massive display room with dozens of mannequins/weapon racks
3. Secret passage with crazy long underground tunnels
4. Giant statues shrunk down to table size
5. NO DAMN DRAGON PRIEST MASK ALTAR :)

Some things I want to include/change soon:

1. NPCs. The staff house is empty, and could certainly use some bodies. I'd like them to path back and forth between the two houses.
2. Grass near the stable and house entry steps comes through the stone in places. Tried to remove that as much as I could, but couldn't get all of it.
3. I wanted to import items from the Dawnguard expansion, but coudn't get it to load in the Creation Kit.

ONE MORE THING! I started this with some research done...but only later learned that moving/deleting trees and such could cause problems with other addons. I'm pretty sure I deleted some landscape items near the property. Sorry if that causes issues!

*UDPATES*

31 March 2013: Fixed interior and exterior navmeshing. Followers should now stay with you on the property and in either house

6 April 2013: Added some decorative clutter, plants, wall items, sconces. Fixed some exterior landscaping issues. Added tanning rack to crafting area (smelter just won't fit right, sorry)

17 April 2013: Added a guest bedroom to main house. Expanded the reading room (always seemed too square), and added a small room attached to master bedroom for valuable storage. Minor clutter and decorative upgrades all around.

I was wondering has anyone else had a issue with the house being high off the ground and if you don't hop onto the porch area to get in, will just walk under the house and get stuck under neath it?
