If this mod adds the group of bandits, plunderers/outlaws etc then it's OP as F.

I stumbled onto an encounter that included: Vampires, Thalmore, Imerials, Vigilants, Stormcloaks, and an Arch Necromancy with skeletons. It was awesome to wade in and kill most of them.

@Zero Rettig - This mod adds nothing to the MCM. I tried to do it in the past, but it just didn't work out.

Sorry if this is a bit late to ask, but is this mod implement the MCM in any way so that I can manage exactly how many and how often the encounters occur. If not, that's fine.
