Описание
this mod adds the freeze ray. it is a ray that freezes the opponent(who would have thought). it is overpowered and it is meant to troll npc's enjoy (ps. it wil not anger the npc's)

the freeze ray is found on the stairs to alvors house in riverwood.
the sound of the freeze ray is a waterstream, this is not a bug, it wil persist very long

PS. if you like this mod be sure to try other mods from the herp'derp spells mod collection.
removed the blizzard sound, so now when you use it it doesn't keep going on for ever.

the freeze thing only lasts like 2 seconds

absolutley love this mod, only thing i would love to be change(or more acuratley 'added') would be the ability to freeze WATER and make it able to be walked on

nope. very very shortly. and it doesn't anger them. i could make a version that frezzes them very long.
