Spell Tome - Spawn Tentacles REQUIRES DRAGONBORN

Basically, a spell Version of Miraak's staff.

It is a concentrated cast spell, that launches tentacles from your hand, latching to any floor, wall, or enemy, attacking them for ~5 seconds until they disappear.
Duel casting has a SLOWER rate of fire than single casting, and seems to do no extra damage, HOWEVER, duel casting turns the tentacles into balls of energy, that can travel in a straight line, unlike the tentacles which are effected by gravity.
