My character is a demi-god, is 20, and has had the disease for ten years. I cant get rid of the disease and nobody will marry me because I have cooties. Immersive but please fucking tell my there is a way to get rid of it

Is there any way to cure cooties? I don't think anybody on my game ever has recovered from the deadly disease. I know for certain there's a certain shot you can be administered that consists of circles and dots that cures it, but I don't know about the feasibility of mideval vaccinations.
