A House near Anisa`s Cabin ( riverwood )

Hi Guys,

This is yet another playerhouse near Anisa`s Cabin , I made this for personal use but I thought maybe other people would like to try it out too :) .

All of the creating tools are outside the house and a alchemy desk inside the house.
your companions can`t enter the house, need to learn how to make them able to enter the house with you.

this is my first mod for skyrim so be gentle to me :P.

Update: I have add some environment changes ,like water and waterfalls I hope you like it ! :)
Update 2: your followers can get inside the house
Update 3: removed stairs outside and made a underground location, you can go there from inside of house by entering the first floor of the house and on the left side there is the entrance located on the ground :)

BUG :
there is one bug ,the horse won`t follow you when you come from river and cross the river, after teh river when you go up towards the house the horse won`t follow, not sure how to fix this so if anyone know much about navmesh or how I can solve this please let me know. ( see the last picture for info about the spot )
