Welcome to Winters Grasp!

This house mod was intended to be a winter cottage near the lake off the road to winterhold,it is very lore freindly, and contains no mannuiqines and is used to stay and store you items.
The area is hand crafting around the lake and forms a magical place to stay and rest your feet.

Wow. Bethesda needs to hire some of you guys. Things like this makes games so much more immersive. Great build quality. Love the lighting too.

great mod. came upon it in the middle of a snowstorm. nice and cozy, after using my AFT to get my girls inside , had a slumber party. keep up the good work.

Great mod, looks good..feels good... just needs a smelter and a tanning rack to finish...;) .

also,my followers wont enter the house... ever.... something needs fixing for that me thinks...

A perfect starter house. I never liked having to run around an area big as a city and call it a house. I liked having everything close to hand.
