Circlet of Mora

Opis
This mod adds a new circlet especially for mages. A circlet blessed my Hermaeus Mora himself, it reduces the cost of Destruction Spells by 30%. You can smelt it with 1 Ebony Ingot, 1 Refined Malachite, 1 Daedra heart and 3 Black Soul Gems.

Requirements:
Perk: Arcane Smithing
Items:
-Daedra Heart
-Ebony Ingot
-Refined Malachite
-3 Black Soul Gems.

V1.1:
-Gem Textures changed to have pupils.
V1.0:
-Circlet Uploaded.

Known Bugs:
-Circlet looks different on Argonian Characters. Issue with this is... I tried to fix it, honestly, but there is a bug in the creation kit that does NOT allow me to enable the looks of it for Argonian Characters. When I know how to fix this, I'll do so.

Haven't tried it on a Khajiit yet, but on the nord is where i saw my problem.

@Cowctus; Same reason i went back to being a nord, the argonians didn't get the proper love and on top of that the weird tail glitch when sneaking got irritating not to mention the lack of color choice. Making a shadowscale is impossible when the darkest color is green. -_- I don't see how the hell nords and orcs got seperate voice files but all the other characters seem to use the nordic ones. It's bullshit.
