Diadem of the True Seer

Beskrivelse
Adds a circlet that provides a constant Clairvoyance effect to the wearer. While wearing the Diadem, the regeneration rates of the wearer's Magicka, Health, and Stamina are lowered. The circlet is rarely sold by Urag Gro-Shrub in the College of Winterhold Library.
There is currently one small bug with the item: Sometimes, when going through doors, the constant Clairvoyance effect stops working. To fix, simply take it off and put it back on.
Price is pretty "off". I'll soon fix it to be worth around 6000 gold.

I think you've overdone the balancing here. The stunted regens are completely unnecessary IMO, you already sacrifice an armour slot that can be used for more useful enchantments.

Awesome idea. I was thinking of doing something similar (once I start playing around with the creation kit more) but I'd like to add a few more enchantments if I can: I'm rather miffed that Skyrim doesn't let you enchant things just based on knowing the spell the way Morrowind and Oblivion could (or multiple enchantments on one item, for that matter), and I'd like to make a Clairvoyance/Detect Life/Detect Dead combo for a "Helm of Detection" or some such. ;)
Do you know if it's possible to do all three on one item?

Any way you could make a ring that works as a cheat object without drawbacks doing the same thing? My wife has a terrible terrible sense of direction, and won't play the game getting lost all the time, And I am sick of telling her where to go. Being able to stick a ring on 24/7 telling her where to go would be wonderful.

@commie
when I rework this, I'll make the negative effects persist for 10 seconds after removing the diadem to prevent immediately removing it when you get jumped. Possibly also add "inflicts 50 damage to Health, Magicka, and Stamina on removal" if I can fix the bug where the trail disappears when going through doors/fast travelling while wearing.

I actually like this idea since I play without map markers. Though honestly I would probably switch it on and off if I used it. Make it a ring and if you choose to wear it unequipable =P

@kredenc I'm working on a quest/custom model for this item. For now, you can look up the Diadem with the console "help" command and use the console "player.additem" command to get it. Also, I have hidden two of these circlets somewhere in the world, try looking around Riften if you want to get one without access to the College or use of console commands.
