Ever wanted to play as the New World countries? Or even just have a little
trouble taking the New World instead of steamrolling them? Well here it is!

The Equal Opportunities mod allows you to do just that, making everyone's tech
equal, so expect to see some colonies of others instead of just the pesky
Europeans!

Hey with this mod on and when I play as the Inca I can see Asia from the start.

Great mod, but the non-western tech groups are still gimped due to their units.

They should be, I've made new world countries Chinese, so their units are also adequate.
