bLaCkSpIrE, A medium-large unique player home located in the pale.(can you find it?)

Main Features Include:

• All crafting amenities including a chopping block.
• Auto loading crafting stations will retrieve necessary items on activate and return them on exit.
• Custom containers for all items in skyrim & dawnguard.
• Fully functioning autosorting crystal (all items skyrim & dawnguard).
• Functional atronach forge.
• Working dwemer jukebox (Functional but has bugs due to scripting limitations).
• Proper dragon preist mask display.
• Unique daedric artifact display.
• Unique dragon claw display.
• Bug jar display.
• Several scripted bookshelves.
• Several scripted potion shelves.
• Bath that switches outfits for 55 followers from vanilla skyrim and dawnguard(Player too).
• Assorted unique displays around bLaCkSpIrE(keep a look out).
• Two functioning guards to patrol your home.
• Two marriageable and recruitable followers.
• Teleport spell to get around skyrim quickly(Mark, Recall, Home & call horse).
• Teleport map to all major cities/settlements.
• All rooms have working light switches.
• Beds for 7 additional NPC's(2 are child beds).

Where Is bLaCkSpIrE?
==================

This entrance is hidden deep within the pale, If you can find it its yours for free.
If you want the easy way in, you can buy the teleport spell tome from the riverwood trader for approximately 40,000 - 150,000 gold depending on your skills.
If you do manage to find the home youself you will be rewarded with a free copy of the spell tome.

-Fixed Bugged jukebox music priority(Blackspire music wont override skyrim music anymore)
-Fixed broken script properties for the NPC bath scripts(hopefully for the last time :-)
-Properly cleaned mod with TESVEdit.
-Added switch to kill the water in the bath.
-Added Elder Scroll display for Blood, Sun and Dragon Scrolls.

-Adjusted nav-mesh around display cases in an attempt to stop NPC's from opening them

Installation:
=========

• Step #1 - Backup Your Save Games!
• Step #2 - Copy the files from the archive to your skyrim folder.(:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim) Overwrite if asked.
• Step #3 - Open your skyrim launcher and under "data files" ensure that bLaCkSpIrE1.0.esp file is checked.
• Step #4 - Play the game.

Uninstallation:
============

• Step #1 - Uncheck bLaCkSpIrE1.0.esp from the skyrim launcher.
• Step #2 - Delete all the files associated with this mod, Using the original archive as a reference.
• Step #3 - Delete all the files associated with this mod, Using the original archive as a reference.

Troubleshooting :
==============

• My mannequins are whack

• Solution - I have done my best to perfect the navmesh under the
mannequins, There are several bethesda bugs associated with
mannequins, Most of the time placing armor into their inventory
will reset their location.
I have found a mod which fixes these bugs, link is above.
If using the mannequin fix mod, changing the state of the
mannequin seems to permanently lock them into position.

• If anyone comes across any bugs, please let me know in the comments and I will address them asap :-)
