Mad Skills

解説
A collection of tweaks (found in Options -> Mod Settings -> Mad Skills) to change or turn off skill degradation and learning saturation.

Does not require a new colony to add, tune, or remove.

Available tweaks:
    Decay multiplier: value to multiply default skill XP decay potency by. 0% for none, 50% for half, 200% for double, etc.
    Tiered: prevents skills from going down a level; XP to next level decays as per multiplier setting.
    Alternative "great memory": changes behavior of "great memory" trait: instead of halving skill decay rate it will now increase learning rate by 25%.
    Daily XP limit: after this amount of XP is earned in a skill, all subsequent learning of it is multiplied by value below, until midnight.
    Over-limit multiplier: multiplies XP gained in a skill which has already advanced the above amount that day. Set to 100% to disable daily XP limit altogether.

Contributing new translations: create a translation mod.

Right, I remember now: VSE includes a compatibility patch for Mad Skills, the team reported it as fixed last time this came up, but I saw no actual changes to the relevant code then and the 1.5 version copies it verbatim, so... If there's a issue between Mad Skills and VSE then it's on their side.

@ihenkai: I'm not getting that error, and I don't think Mad Skills could cause anything like that. It being nearby in the debug log is a coincidence.

@Evil Boy: Fairly sure that is the known incompatibility with Vanilla Skills Expanded that folks have been mentioning in the comments.

I'll look into it, though I seem to remember already doing this at least once before. As a rule of thumb I don't include compatibility patches for mods I don't use myself, but... We'll see.

[[Mad Skills]: changed behavior of Great Memory trait.
Config error in Anomaly: Anomaly - Expansion Defs are used for official content. For mods, you should define ModMetaData in About.xml.

Hi! Faced with the problem that when the daily rate of experience is reached, the pawn stops working and just stands at the object. For example, a miner received the norm of daily experience, and then just stands by the stone. Temporarily solved the problem by raising the daily experience rate to the maximum.

P.s. Кто столкнулся с проблемой, что пешка просто стоит и не работает, в настройках мода поставьте максимальную дневную норму опыта. Надеюсь, скоро пофиксят.


P.s.¿Quién se enfrentó al problema de que el peón simplemente está parado y no funciona, en la configuración de la moda, establezca la tasa máxima de experiencia diaria? Espero que lo arreglen pronto.

To vanilla skills expanded users : there is mad skill+ (plus) mod. that designed for compatible with skill expanded mod. mad skills mod is not bugged. this is for rimworld vanilla users.
