A Two Bit Counter - Revision 3

Descrizione
It really is a two bit binary counter, plus a stable low frequency oscillator.

Revision 2:
Added a One of Four Decoder to better show the four states.
Simplified the oscillator a bit.
Added a viewing ledge for viewing...

Revision 3:
General cleanup; put the binary and 1 of 4 displays near each other so it's clearer.
Moved the oscillator into the main chamber and got rid of the annex.
