Another suggested title is Brother in Harms (by Responsive Hydra).

Quality:
- Normal - drop, craft, purchase.
- Genuine - TF2: Brotherhood of Arms pre-purchase in 2000 (related: http://terminalgamer.com/2010/01/04/fan-waits-9-years-for-his-duke-nukem-forever-pre-order/ ).

Paintable. No LODs, because this is already low-poly (420 polygons), but I can create them if they are really needed.
