Helter Swelter! - A Support Lina Build (6.83)
Da Teag
Lina is a straightforward but powerful support hero that can fit into almost any team lineup. Her sheer damage output makes her a very autonomous hero relative to other supports - with her ability to obliterate a target in a single spell combo, her ganks and counterganks are ruthlessly quick and lethal, all while providing powerful damage output and disables in teamfights.

Remember that your job as a support boils down to two words: 'Create Opportunity'. This includes giving your carry room to farm, protecting him from harass, building the right items for your situation, setting up ganks, warding wisely, pushing/counterpushing as needed, and generally being a team player. With good communication, positioning and teamplay, you can help propel your team to victory.

... And if that fails, you can at least Laguna Blade some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ support on the other team. Small victories, guys.

I see you changed some stuff in your guide, like early fiery soul pick up(wasn't there before) and the mention of 1225 slave range etc. Suspiciosly akin to my guide ;) Nvm though, Lina needs a good support guide :)

@Silas: I find that wand is useful in games I play against spammers, like the description suggests. You don't want to build it laning against skeleton king or similar, for sure. I guess it should be moved to "situational items", but that's a strange spot to put an item that is early-game from a readability standpoint.

I've played a few games as Lina support (all wins) and have some things I thought are helpful to mention.

I'm not a big fan of the magic wand and I don't tend to build it anymore. My first item is usually the Headdress that builds into Mekansm for the HP/Aura. From here, depending on how you're doing, I'll either jump straight into Arcane Boots (if ahead) or Ring of Basilus (if behind). Ring of Basilus gives a good amount of mana sustain and the armor will help regain your lane. The damage is frosting, but it helps push back.
