ACS Poli - rediscovering youths

Romanian first league club ACS Poli has a bad tradition of losing promising youth players due to contractual disputes or poor management.

In this edited db, all Poli players who were not raised by the club were removed from the squad. All those high potential players who departed in the last five years due to the club's lack of ability were added.

They are: Ionut Rus (Lazio) - Deian Sorescu (ASU Poli), Silviu Balaure (Astra Giurgiu), Carlo Casap (Viitorul Constanta), Marius Marin (Sassuolo), Dorin Rotariu (Club Brugge), Vlad Dragomir (Arsenal), Andrei Sintean (Slavia Prague) + Sebastian Mailat (in squad, contract declared void in November)

If there's a scenario here, it requires you to survive in the Romanian first league with the current squad. No transfers allowed. If you manage that, try winning the title within three seasons with no transfers - should be a breeze!
