Makes the Potion of Blood craftable at cooking pots.
You can only craft these potions if you are a vampire.

Ingredients:
1 - Bleeding Crown
1 - Bonemeal
1 - Frost Salts

@ScottMathews2580 Indeed, the purpose of this mod is to make blood potions easy to aquire with common ingredients. Human Flesh and Hearts are more rare and do not fit with the purpose of the mod.

I hate it when people want it to be so much harder to get than it should be, if you want it to be really hard o make either pray that he makes a balls-bustingly hard version or make it yourself

theres aculy two human brewing items that i think will fit well in the recibe 1.human fleash and 2.human heart it is very hard to get this so it would make it costlier like it should probly be its just a suggestion id like to keep the bonemeal though becase it makes sence.thous please consider remaking the recipe for meny resons like rp with vampire/werewolf khajiit hybrid.

@MR.AWESOME, if he has the ID correct, spawn a Potion of Blood into his inventory.
