Collection of 7 model variants loosely based upon the Grant Houses project or tenemant housing in New York City. The real world estate has both 21 and 13 storey buildings at a 45 degree angle to the road, as well as some twin towers. Both of these types are included for both heights. Furthermore a fantasy 6 storey variant of both the angled model and the twin towers is provided to provide some graduation in your project skyline and also for use in smaller towns where tall buildings are not commonplace such as in Europe where the 6 storey model could be used where social housing is required. All models are RICO enabled at a real world 10 x 10 footprint but they can be arranged creatively in a number of ways to provide interesting layouts. A bonus 21 storey angled model is provided with no base detailing as this was requested during the making of this collection. Original models made for Cities XL by myself and now converted to Cities Skylines.
