1-Perk Freedom

Description
Purpose:
To allow the ability to choose a perk without the requirement to have the pervious perk in the line.

Details:
1. Choosing a perk now only depends on the skills level. Providing you have either reached or exceeded the requirement for skill level, then you will be able to get the perk. There are some exceptions to this for some perks require the preceding ones in order to work properly. Any that are so affected will say so in the perk description (in game). Such perks are as listed:
• Magic Chains(i.e. Novice –Master)
• Disarming Bash (Block Tree)
• Lock picking Chain (i.e. Novice-Master)
• Steady Hand (Archery Tree)
• Dual Savagery (One-Handed Tree)

2. Removed the need for a helmet to be worn for certain perks; this is so that a mages hood or other such clothing can be worn instead of a helmet. The perks affected are listed below:
• Matching Set (Light Armour & Heavy Armour Tree)
• Well Fitted (Heavy Armour Tree)
• Reflected Blows (Heavy Armour Tree)
• Deft Movement(Light Armour Tree)
• Cushioned(Heavy Armour Tree)
• Custom Fit (Light Armour Tree)
• Wind Walker (Light Armour Tree)

3. Added the ability to sustain up to 4 runes at any one time, to the perk “Rune Master”, as well as the usual perk ability.
4. Added the ability to upgrade lower level armours and weapons such as “Hide” & “Imperial Studded”, to the “Steel Smithing” Perk.

Requires:
• Skyrim

I just wanted to mention that this is incompatible with any mods that add more perks.... just sayin...

If you have already appied points thers no way to get them back. The mod is retroactive however so will allow you to purchase new ones. If you wish to remove points you can use the games command console and then re-add new ones if you wish.

What does it to if we already have points into the perks?

Absolutely wonderful =) I had a mod similar to this one (only point 1 though) but it was from the skyrimnexus and ruined my save lately (probably because of it being outdated by patches) Thank you very much for providing a mod which (hopefully) frees me from having to look for updates =)
