Description
This is a mod I made for myself after finding soul gems rather rare, and I decided to share it :)

This mod makes soul gems craftable at a forge under Misc. It does require the Arcane Blacksmith perk! The soul gems require the soul gem below the crafted one (EX grand soul gem requires greater); along with a soul gem fragment.

CHANGELOG

added soul gem "chunks" crafted with any of the soul gem fragments (Thanks to the people in the comments for the ideas :P

craftable soul gem fragments by smashing petty gems

altered recipe balance by changing the soul chunk value and capacity

what is a soul gem chunk exactly

I'd say you would need a sentient heart to craft a black sould gem.

me and my friend think up mini-mods and mod packs for games but dont actually make them so i have a lot of ideas :D... ! i just had an idea, how about some kind of shrine to save souls in, the process doesnt destroy the soul gem, so it will be some type of bank :D

thats fine, i just thought that it was a bit overpowered, although, what use is an empty grand soul gem unless you go out and kill a giant, so i suppose ur right

@themanwithaplan its fine, and im trying to come up with a good way to craft black soul gems. I want something that is difficult, but makes sense. i was thinking perhaps 1 of each soul gem, filled

i mean a black soul gem by crafting a grand + 1 ruby, 1 sapphire, 1 emerald, 1 garnet, etc... sorry about the different posts, just didnt want to retype the previus message

i think its way to easy to level up the gems... all you need is a few fragments and a petty and youll already have a grand! how about you add in a few garnets or something, also, how about you can craft a black soul gem by forging together a grand + all the gems. just a suggestion though

Thanks! what i did was make petty souls smashable into each kind of soul gem fragment, and then soul gem chunks craftable from any of the soul gem fragments
