Miastra's Skyrim Overhaul -WIP-

Purpose ----
I love the mod system however it was getting a little crazy having all these tiny little mods in order to get exactly what I wanted. This is my attempt to take the great work of others and compile it into a single mod with my own personal tweaks and touches. I would like to say that I am not claiming credit for most of this work, I simply put it all together. Anything that I change myself with have a ** at the beginning and end with my personal comments in the middle. This is done as both a way to show my love for those out there that have improved my skyrim experience as well as a method to communicate why I changed something a certain way. This hopefully will generate constructive communication with the rest of the community as this mod develops into completion. The first and last mission of this mod is to stay as lore friendly as possible; therefore this will be reflected in new or renamed abilities as well as in any new content that might be added at a later date.

This Phase is focused on Perks and several small behind the scenes changes to spells, abilities, and powers.

Ver1.3.1 - Bug Fixes
Seems I had the map markers both as automatically ready for fast travel and there were some bugs that needed addressing. Now you must discover all new map markers; also fixed a bug with placement, so no more loading and dying hopefully. Rebuilt Markers from the ground up so this should fix all traveling bugs.

Added Map Locations for all 21 DragonMound..... listed in the CK under Tamriel World Space
Changed Guardian Stone abilites to new values as per GSO's stats
Fixed Blessing of Talos discription text now shows 20%
Fixed Cloak and Rune Spells as well as Dunmer Racial Power
Raised Duration of all Armor and Cloak Spells as well as Waterbreathing, Muffle, Cat Eye, Fortify Speed, and Candlelight to 5 mins
**Unlimited mode seemed a little bit much for me, besides it was kinda outta my abiliities at the moment. I do agree that these spells should be longer and more utility in use. Have also adjusted the magicka costs as well to the amount mentioned in Kdansky's page. This should make all of these spells effectly priced and used more often. A warrior can buff armor and flame cloak for a little extra dps without needing to perk Destruction or Alteration to make them useful or cost worthy. Also by adding in the missing keywords and fixing the display properties these cloak spells should do significantly more damage if you do perk for them.**
Added Enchanted items of Speed to LItem lists for EnchArmor(Boots)Light/Heavy this covers all Leveled lists for light and heavy armor.
**Figured the best way to deliver this new enchantment was to integrate it into the games natural leveled item lists. Now Fortify Speed enchants can be found at vendors and dropped from chests or baddies for all scaled levels. Yes this does mean that the only way to acquire this enchant is to find it somewhere just like you would any other enchant in the game.**
Added New Spell Fortify Speed to LItem lists for Adept Alteration Spells
**Can Be purchased from any vendor with access to this LItem list or dropped in chests or from baddies just like any other spell tome.**

Kbob... sadly no I am not interested in doing any fan based modding... also my scripting skills are not the best at this point my next major patch to this mod should complete at least half of the the skill trees +/- the supernatural ones... Should be all magic and most of the the stealth section... thank you for your imput but that is outside the scope of this mod :D

Sup man epic mod iv played it with my friends skyrim i was wundering if you would be interested in in making some Naruto/ one piece mods? i would offer to help but i suck im still lurning how to mod the game to make Naruto shippuden skins.

Sorry been away from Skyrim and modding for a while but I seem to be having some time on my hands in the next comming weeks... Also does not require Dawnguard... Is small because most of this mod is back end changes to the way the Database views your stats and effects rather than adding in a large amount of scripting to achieve the same effect...
