Shrines Don't Cure Diseases

Requires Dawnguard.

A simple mod that removes the cure disease effect when a shrine of the divines is used. I felt that this was something needed after being presented with reasonable arguements as to why not from the new Dawnguard content. I would have prefered a random chance to be cured while praying because sometimes the gods either aren't listening or are otherwise occupied, but the enterprising player would simply continue to use the shrine until they were cured, thus full removal.

This is also useful if you are infected with Lycanthropy / Vampirism and wish to let it run its course, but still want to recieve blessings in the meantime.

The "All Diseases Cured" message and loading screen tip have been modified to reflect this change.

Includes all 9 divines and Auriel.
