This Mod adds a tiny Prison to Solitude City. Look under a hallway outside to enter the facility.
There is a home above and a dungeon below, with some...Bandits.

- Navmeshed interior on 3 levels.
- With talking Prison Guards.
- Safe Chests are marked (No Respawn).
- Other chests are treasure / respawn.
- Has beds for player / guards.
- Prisoners sell Skooma.
- Bandits are low level.

- I added a lower level near entrance that expands the Prison by 14 Prison Cells.
- I added realistic noises/sounds.
- More Guards and Prisoners.
- A second locked chest for key and monthly stipend.
