The Werewolf Sanctuary

Adds a hidden, underground Werewolf Sanctuary. It holds:

All 3 Totems of Hircine.
A Werewolf Guardian is located outside the sanctuary, and can acta as a follower.
A book within the santuary that increase speech.
A Journal documenting the story behind the sanctuary.

Others things added outside the sanctuary:

- New book "Legend of the Werewolf Sanctuary" is added to both the Bards College and the College of Winterhold libraries.
- A note can be found in the Falkreath Jail refering to the sanctuary.
- A note can be found at the Jorrvaskr in Whiterun underneath Kodlak's bed refering to the sanctuary.

No mods conflict with this mod that I am aware of. If you are experiencing issues, let me know.
