Cheaper Telekinesis

Do you hate how the telekinesis spell drains your magicka unrealisticly quickly? Don't you think that simply using your mind to manipulate objects shouldn't cost a bajilion magic? Well, look no further, because Cheaper Telekinesis is here!

What does Telekinesis do, you ask? Why, it lets you make objects such as sweetrolls and cheeses fly to you! Then, you can either add it to your inventory or fling it at people.
In the games words, "Can pull an object from a distance. Add it to the player's inventory or throw it."
However, this was ruined by its extremely high magicka cost. Seriously, Lightining Storm cost about the same as Telekinesis in the Vanilla version.
Well, now that fun-exploding problem is gone!

WHAT THIS MOD DOES

Reduces the magicka cost of the Adept Alteration spell, Telekinesis, from a stupid 170 magicka per second to a nice, reasonable 25 magicka per second.


WHAT THIS MOD DOES NOT
---------------------------------------------
Cause your character to spontaneously combust.
Cause your computer to spontaneously combust.
Turn all of Skyrim purple.
Eat your brains.
Steal your precious sweetrolls.
Have any bugs.

Note: If you don't have telekinesis, you will still have to find the spell tome normally. If you can't wait that long, just open the console command and type "player.equipitem 000a26e5". Then that will give you the spell tome.
