Dragon Age Series Weapons Pack 2

Popis
Pack 1
Pack 3
Pack 4
Nexus[www.nexusmods.com]

Poly counts range from 1k to 8.5k (2k to 15.7k tris). Texture sizes are generally 1024x2048. Made using 3ds Max 2011, Photoshop CS4, and Mudbox 2012. Note: These are new meshes and textures. I only used the original meshes/textures/screenshots for reference.

The unique named versions of the weapons are placed throughout Skyrim. I've put up videos showing exactly where as well as listed their locations below.

No DLC required. Although, the High Res Textures DLC might make a weapon or two look better.

-Weapons:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ornate Dwarven Warhammer/Valos Atredum

There are two versions: Valos Atredum (not craftable or enchantable) and Ornate Dwarven Warhammer (craftable and enchantable; listed under Dwarven). Valos is based off of the original from Dragon Age Origins - Awakening. So, blue stones with a steel body. The Ornate Dwarven Warhammer was designed to look similar to Dwemer weapons. So, rubies with a dwemer metal body.

The unique variant can be found in Bthardamz wielded by an Afflicted. See video for exact location.

To craft, you'll need the same ingredients as a dwarven hammer, but with a handful of rubies and the spell Transmute (got to explain small rubies to large rubies somehow).

To temper: The ornate variant needs a dwarven ingot. Valos Atredum needs moonstone and steel ingots.

Stats: The ornate variant has Dwarven Warhammer stats while Valos Atredum weights a couple pounds less, swings slightly faster, does more critical damage (approx 36% more), has double the crit % mult, and does slightly more raw damage.

If you use any mods that alter gem textures, the Ornate variant might look different as it uses those textures.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Qunari Weapons/Bassrath-Kata - Craftable/Given to the player upon finishing the Main Quest
Current items: Bow, Longsword, Greatsword, Dagger, Staff, Staffsword

To craft, you'll need Steel Smithing and some of the following (depending on weapon): Sapphire, Leather strips, Steel ingots, Iron ingots. You cannot craft the Staff or Staffsword. They are reward-only. Should you want to add them manually, open the console and type "help bassrath". They should be the last two entries.

To temper the blades, you'll need steel ingots.Given bow damage comes from arrows (mostly), there's no tempering.

The unique variants have an enchantment that drains stamina, has a chance to stagger, a chance to instantly kill, and does extra damage to humans.

Stats: Qunari (standard) variants are based on Skyforge Steel weapons. The unique variants have higher critical damage, critical chance, stagger chance, and are a bit lighter.

A unique variant will be delivered to the player by a courier upon completing the Dragonslayer quest (specifically, stage 260) and depends on your highest skill. Should all your skills be the same level, you will get the bow. I had to hijack the main quest script to start my quest because I couldn't get it to keep checking its conditions. There are actually two quests: one that checks for completion after the fact and one that the main quest triggers directly. Upon completion of one, the other will also complete. So, compatibility warning here folks. Also, please let me know if this is broken/breaking something. It is my first attempt at making a quest and using Papyrus (all hail runtime errors!).

The original bow from DA2 is a longbow, but I had issues getting the bow weighted and working let alone scaling it up and hoping the skeleton would be compatible with the animations.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shaperate's Blessing/Yusaris - Craftable/Found in the world

The unique variant can be found North of the Wreck Of The Brinehammer, underwater, under a log. See video for exact location.

To craft Shaperate's Blessing, you'll need steel ingots, a dragon scale, some leather strips, and Dragon Smithing.

To temper both weapons, you'll need a steel ingot.

Stats: Yusaris is about on par with a Skyforge Steel Greatsword with better crit and stagger chances. Shaperate's Blessing is a couple pounds heavier, does slightly less raw damage, and has lower crit and stagger chances.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thedosian Greatsword/Asala - Craftable/Found in the world

The unique variant can be found in Goldenglow Estate (goldenglowestate02 to be exact) above a shelf.

To craft the Thedosian Greatsword, you'll need steel ingots, iron ingots, gold ingots, and some leather strips. Listed under Steel.

To temper the weapons, you'll need a steel ingot.

Stats: Asala is about on par with a Skyforge Steel Greatsword with better crit and stagger chances. The Thedosian Greatsword is a pound heavier, does slightly less raw damage, has slightly lower crit damage, and has lower crit and stagger chances.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Credits to Bioware for the original weapons.

I am wearing my Western Hat, Triss' Armor Retextured (Mercenary coloring), and Scout's Cape.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Known issues:

-The Ornate Dwarven Warhammer's gemstone faces may lose their color. This occurs when there is either a strong reflection off the face or if you look through the gem to the underside of its retention ring.

-The Bassrath-Kata enchantment can interrupt killmoves and make enemies immortal for a short period of time. I think this is because ragdolling an enemy in that state resets them and prevents them from taking damage (much like that ring that shoots you into the air and ragdolls you to keep you from taking damage). If you decapitate them, well, they'll still be alive, kicking, and taunting.

Asala can be found in the Goldenglow estate on top of a shelf. In the forge menu, it is called "Thedosian Greatsword"

ok thanks for the help

Each mod is loaded in a particular order, so you'll need the number my mod is loaded in. For example: If my mod was 6th in your loadout, you would enter "player.additem 06001d94" into the console. To get the order number of my mod, you could try searching for another weapon (ex: Yusaris) and grabbing the first two hex digits that returns.

the code did not work for me at all

how do i get the bow?
Rand0mNumbers  [autor] 2. pro. 2015 v 22.58
XX001d94 is what I have. Should be the first entry.

I'm rethinking how the Bassrath Katas are distributed. Basing it on your strongest attribute upon main quest completion, while different, doesn't seem that great anymore.

*To clarify, I tried the help "bassrath" thing but there were so many variants of the weapons
that the ones listed cut off the actual bow ID. Only asking because I'm desperate.
Drescota 2. pro. 2015 v 10.44
Alternatively, what's the item code for the bow? I have a game
based on my Hawke and it just feels like an incomplete run without it.

Where do I find the bow?
