Dazzling Victory

Probably one of the best supports in the entire game. Dazzle your way to success, and show them your shineeeeeee! Dazzle is incredibly versatile. He can slow, heal, exchange armour, and keep you alive at 1 hp for 5 seconds. He is an incredibly underestimated and underplayed support. You require nothing less than an Urn, Arcanes and Ring of Basillius to dominate the early-mid game. Take that advantage to push the enemy towers. This will limit their free reign across the map.

I tend to max slow and heal first, then 1 into shallow grave, 2 into ulti, max out grave, ulti. It all depends on who you're facing and who you're supporting. I recommend that you don't learn any skill in the start until you realize which you need to use.
