Increase number of maximum ability icons to 30 infinity (from 15) (also actually not infinity, it is limited by the maximum value of signed int)

Note: After 41 abilities the icon will start to span outside of the screen, you can still use your keyboard arrows to access those icons.

The previous mod that serves the same purpose has been removed, this version is created from scratch so there's no additional functionality of moving the additional 15 icons elsewhere (for now).

It should work with other mods that change the icon color/certain behaviour

Additional features:
I will not remove this mod for no reason
Fixes the targeting bug in Novermber 8 patch by reverting the target sort by distance Fixed in November 15

Known Issue:
Ability 16-30 will not show their tooltip properly, to fix it I have to either overwrite the Tooltip class or decompile the scaleform file of the ability container. FIXED

Compability:
Overrides UITacticalHUD_AbilityContainer
You need to enable "Use Base-Game Tactical Ability HUD" if you have LW perk pack/Long War 2 installed

Using the mod with Long war 2. When the mod 'procs', as when I'm in a character that has more than 14(? not sure when it 'activates') abilities, the UI move up a little bit, and covers the aliens icons. It happens only when the soldier has more plenty of abilities. Maybe the offset was hardcoded with 1080p resolution in mind and It happens because I have a 900p instead? the base game tactical HUD thing is campaign dependant, which means you need to set it for each campaign, also disabling this mod does not break existing saves, the warning does not know whether a mod can be disabled mid campaign or not.

Same here: does nothing in LW2. And I could not remove it without breaking the existing saves.

Hello Bg, I am having an issue, where this mod isn't working and I can't seem to track down why. I am using LW2 and have enabled the Base game Tactiical HUD. However the limit is capped at 14 and I can't view additional icons at 14+. I have reverified the cache already as well.

Is there anyway you could provide some advice on how to resolve it? I am willing to submit a mod list and anything else you need.

As a side note, I want to say thank you for generating this community resource as it appears to be the main fix for the issue.
