Description
Don't waste perks on the Speech tree, save them for something more important. I've condensed all of the Speech perk benefits down to 3 perks which require no skill level. The "Master of Speech" perk makes merchant buying and selling prices much better even at skill level 1 and close to actual value at skill level 100 while still allowing you some wiggle room to use potions and enchants.

* Warning: Only tested on vanilla Skyrim but should work with Dawnguard as long as the Speech perks have not changed. *

Notes:
-If you have already invested points in the speech tree you will not lose the effects and can still benefit from this mod since I increased the Buying/Selling price modifiers but you will not get any points back.

-If you already have "Haggling(1), "Merchant", or "Bribery" then you will keep those since they are the perks I used for this mod. "Haggling(1) will now become "Master of Speech", which will deactivate and replace the other hidden perks.

I'm not sure why, but suddenly this awesome perk stopped working for me. I tried uninstalling and deleting the files and then reinstalling, but it didn't work. The perk tree looks as it should, with just three perks to choose from, but instead of the first one being the invest gold/more merchant gold/sell increase it's just the reguler Haggling perk with five levels. What's wrong?

The merchant perk requires no level. Just put a perk into it. Still better than before.

I just tested again with level 1 character. Sold some stuff to the trader in Riverwood and he gave me invest option.

Oh ok I see. Well I won't subscribe because I don't like to run all over the place to sell things but I will like it because it is a fantastic idea.

I feel selling to any merchant is unrealistic even though I know this is a cheat mod. I had no problem investing merchants after buying some selling some stuff to them.
