Description
Ladies and gentledragonslayers I present to you, the second mod in the Shack Series, Beggar's Solitude !

This mod offers the player a simple home near the Solitude sawmill.

Remember when you Hadvar suggested you go to Solitude and join the Imperial Legion? That's nice of him but where would you stay? Beggar's Solitude that's where.


The next mod in the lore-friendly starter homes, Beggar's Solitude comes with basic features such as:
- no respawn containers
- a bed
- new! a chair
- a weapon rack
- scripted light ON/OFF
- various misc items that make the home more cozy

The Shack Series gives the players the opportunity to choose from a variety of minimalistic starter homes aiming to improve their experience in Skyrim.


Some things to mention:
1. Open the map to find the shack. It is already marked.
2. The boat and dock are from the original game, not the mod.
3. The lore that I set up at the beginning is just for the sake of it. You are not obligated to roleplay as an imperial soldier.
4.Yes, I will make more homes.

These three little homes are adorable and perfect. That said maybe you could add a little something I been wanting to the game for ageas. A small abandoned hunting shack in the midle of the woods, not near ANY town and def not along the path to whiterun, but deep in the forest. I've been after one of these small hunting shacks for ages, something like Falkreath Hill Shack is perfect, but again.. it's right up the hill from a town. I'd like it to be deeper into the woods, where its a good trech anywhere.

Any chance at adding some Real Shelter scripting and a Frostfall compatible heat source to your mods so those of us who use the survival mods don't freeze to death or wake up soaking wet because rain is coming through the roof?

Nice, I absolutely love these three mods, I've not used them yet but I like what I currently see. You should continue adding to each of the cities, and maybe even some smaller villages or random parts, maybe add a random begger with leather armor and a cheap sword to protect his home so it doesn't seem like it's yours just from finding it. If not too much to ask, with your creative compact spacing, a placeable tent mod or something might work well.

@thlzrdfodd Open up your console; click on the tree; type disable and hit enter – if it disappears then you know you have selected the correct item; type enable and hit enter to make it appear again; type markfordelete and hit enter; exit the console; hit F5 to quicksave and F9 to quickload and the tree will be gone for good. If you simply disable it the engine will still load it even though it is not there and markfordelete is the most engine friendly manner of getting rid of something.

Love this series of Mods! Actually my favorite! Keep up the good work and looking forward to the windhelm one! One for Winterhold would also be awesome since there's no "official" home there yet!
