Marriageable Female NPCs
12 items
Once I found out that I could marry in Skyrim, I found it somewhat annoying that I had little NPCs to choose from. From all the single males and females in Skyrim (over 500 in total) you can only choose from some 60 NPCs. It's good to see that Skyrim's marriage system does not discriminate. Every possible marriage can be arranged at Riften's Temple of Mara. However, you can't marry a Bosmer, Elder or Khajiit if you are male, and you can't marry an Altmer, Bosmer, Elder or Redguard if you are female.

She should eventually set up shop in your home, if you have one. If not buy one, but you will have to ask her to move to your new home.

Lisette should be no problem at all. She is no questgiver, so no objectives to meet. Did you already speak with Maramal and are you wearing the Amulet of Mara? If so, she is turning you down or she is not interested (caused by Skyrim's Radiant AI System). Persist and you may succeed eventually!

Yes I finished all quests with her and she can follow me. I have noticed other Brentons that have marriage dialogue now after traveling around more. Thank you for the reply.

There's no need to start a new game, but there are no guarantees that the marriage conversation will start or an NPC can be married, because of Skyrim's Radiant AI System. At the other hand, have you completed the quest "The Taste of Death". If an NPC is a questgiver you will have to meet all their objectives, otherwise the marriage conversation will not start. If you have and there are still no results, than it's just as in real life: you are turned down.

I have been trying to marry Eola, but this mod doesnt seem to be working for me at all. I also tryed your all-in-one Marriageable Females npc as well. Checked everything its on my mod list. In game it seems to have no effect. Do I need to start a new game for it to be active?

Have a look at page http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=107016604 where you may find a listing of all subjects covered by the Marriage Book. Then you can decide if the book is of interest to you!
