This Changes your background into Dragon Ball Super Opening 2 Genkai Toppa × Survivor by Kiyoshi Hikawa

How to Install:
1. Subscribe to the item
2. Download GCFScape in this website http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/?p=26
3. Download Winrar in this website http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
3. Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
4. Look for my file 961067364
5.Open it using GCFScape
6.Extract it and open it
7. Read the Info, It contains the site where to download the opening background
8. Download the File and Extract it in your \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
9. Make a Copy of l4d2_background01, 4 Copies and rename it to l4d2_background02 to l4d2_background05
10. Paste the renamed duplicate in \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
11. Play the Game

Haga una copia de l4d2_background01, 4 copias ... cambie el nombre de estas copias l4d2_background02, l4d2_background03, l4d2_background04 y l4d2_background05 y luego péguelos en la carpeta l4dead

I got it now, the problem is macs have 2 files the bik and the mov, which is the background video and sound itself. i just needed to download the opening mov and boom i got it

Try checking your \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media, and tell me the name of the l4d2_background01 there, is it .bik? if not, just change the file name, from .bik to what is place on that folder.
