Description
Welcome to the luxurious House/Museum of the Dovahkiin, your new place to live and showcase all that S.W.A.G. you aquired during the course of the game. This new player home features two floors and eight rooms, all nine shrines of the divines, mannequins, display cases, weapon plaques, etc. NOTE: This is my first mod so it won't be perfect, obvioulsy, but you should give it a chance anyway, before I finish it completely.

DIRECTIONS: The House/Museum of the Dovahkiin is located along the road in the middle of Whiterun Hold. It's North of Bleak Falls Barrow, East of Rorikstead, West of Whiterun, and South of Gjukar's Mounument. It's the ancient nordic style temple with banners.

FIRST FLOOR: The first floor is your living quarters and consists of three main rooms: The Main Hall, Your Bedroom/Kitchen, and an Alchemy/Enchanting Station. The main hall features two dragon statues, a statue of Talos w/ shrine, two indoor waterfalls, the doorways to the bedroom and crafting station. Your bedroom features all the shrines of the divines (except Talos), a master 2-person bed w/ night tables, a fountain surrounded by 4 big display cases, a cooking spit, a chair, a dining table, 2 bookcases and more. Plus there is also a chest for storage for when I finish the mod completely. The crafting station features the Alchemy and Enchanting tables, two barrels for storage, and an indoor garden to produce ingredients, including deathbell, nirnroot, grass pods, red, blue, and purple mountain flowers, and nightshade. NEW: There is now a room accesible through a falty wardrobe in the bedroom, which has your Smithing Station (which is finished), which includes everything a master blacksmith could need, a Forge, Tanning Rack, Workbench, Grinding Stone, Smelter, and even 2 chests for storage. Plus, we have the ultimate Daedric Shrine, which features...
5 Weapon Racks (Dawnbreaker, Mace of Molag Bol, Sanguine Rose, Wabbajack, and the Skull of Corruption)
*Functional
1 Weapon and Shield Plaque (Volendrung, Ebony Blade, and Spellbreaker)
*Functional
2 Mannequins (Ebony Mail, Ring Of Namira, and Masque Of Clavicus Vile; Savior's Hide and Ring Of Hircine)
*Functional
1 Big Display Case (Azura's Star)
*Functional
1 Weapon Plaque (Mehrune's Razor)
*Functional
Statues of... Clavicus Vile, Meridia, Azura, Malacath, Boethia, and of course, Mehrunes Dagon

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor is of course the Museum of the Dovahkiin and consists of 6 rooms: The lobby, the Dark Brotherhood wing, the College of Winterhold wing, the Civil War wing, the Companions wing, and the Thieves Guild + Nightingales wing. NOTE: I'm hoping to bring in some NPC museum visitors soon.

Lobby: Nothing much to the lobby except you've got banners to symbolize which wing is which, and a chest for
storage.

Dark Brotherhood Wing (DONE): The DB Wing features...
2 Big Display Cases (Blade of Woe and whatever you want)
4 Mannequins (Shrouded Armor, Shrouded Robes, Cicero's Clothes, and the Emporor's Robes)
A Statue of Shadowmere!
2 Interior DB Banners
The Sithis Stain Glass Window

College of Winterhold Wing (DONE): The CW Wing features...
1 Weapon Plaque (Staff of Magnus) (IT'S HERE!)
6 Mannequins (Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, Master, and Arch Mage's Robes)
2 Interior CW Banners
2 Statues of Shalidor

Civil War Wing (DONE): The Civil War is divided into two sides, the Imperials (left) and the Stormcloaks (right). The Imperial side features...
1 Imperial Banner
2 Big Display Cases (Imperial Sword and Imperial Bow) (IT'S HERE!)
2 Mannequins (Imperial Soldier Armor and Imperial Officer Armor, or if you want, General Tullius' Armor)
The Stormcloak side features...

2 Big Display Cases (For anything you want) (IT'S HERE!)
2 Mannequins (Stormcloak Soldier Armor and Stormcloak Officer Armor, or if you want, Ulfric's Clothes)

FINAL NOTES:
IF YOU FIND ANY BUGS OR GLITCHES, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I'LL SEE IF I CAN FIX THEM!
SAVE YOUR PROGRESS BEFORE YOU GET THIS MOD, IT'S NOT DONE YET AND NOT MEANT TO BE DOWNLOADED PERMANENTLY, MOSTLY BECAUSE I STILL NEED TO FIGURE HOW TO GET YOUR FOLLOWER TO FOLLOW IN THEIR, ESPECIALLY SERANA, YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE HER!

Please enjoy! I can assure you this won't be the last mod you see from me!

UPDATE AS OF 9/9/12 5:00pm: I know about the falling through the floor glitch when you enter the house, the thing is whenever I teleport reference both doors, the creation kit automatically puts the marker in the floor, and I can't move the marker up or down cause the kit won't let me, the only way I know of to fix this would be to move everything down so it's lined up with the marker, but I'm not going to waste an hour doing that. It would just be easier to fall through the floor and respawn in the COC marker. Sorry guys, your going to have to live with it for a while. If I find an easier way to fix it I will. Also, it sometimes happens when you leave the house too, just fast travel to the house and it'll fix itself.

UPDATE AS OF 9/12/12 2:52pm: Pretty soon I'll be putting up pictures featuring areas filled with all the items I promised, ex, the main hall's mannequin's will have armor on them, some of the museum wings will have the items I promised, and every Daedric Artifact I've collected so far will be included as well. Thank you for subscribing, and any feedback would be great, gets more attention that way, and if you guys can think of anything else for the mod, send in your ideas! Thanks and stay tuned!

UPDATE AS OF 9/12/12 5:35pm: The house now has music and is now follower friendly (somewhat, lol)! Here's the deal guys, your follower will now follow you in, but things can get wonky sometimes. For example, you know how you fall through the floor when you enter (which I still can't figure out how to fix), sometimes they'll fall through too, just reload the last save and go from there, I promise it won't happen every time. I'm pretty much done everything I could do with this, but if you guys have any ideas to make it better, I'd love to hear them. Thanks and stay tuned!

UPDATE AS OF 9/17/12 12:19pm: The bugs are fixed! No more invisible mannequins (I hope), and the chest now just says "chest" instead of mineral ore and ingots, now I know why Bethesda just went with chest throughout the game lol. Give it a shot now! Also since there are no longer mannequins in the main hall, I put some Dwarven decor in it's place, check it out!

UPDATE AS OF 10/8/12 2:18pm: Hey guys, I know I haven't been around to work on the house in a while, and that's because of two things, I have a job now, so my time is limited, and that I don't really care about how this has turned out anymore. The mannequins on the second floor are still invisible even though I deleted the ones on the first floor, which really frustrated me. So I've decided to give up on this and start fresh. So soon I will be working on the House/Museum of the Dovahkiin Version 2! But that's not for a while. In the mean time, I will be working my other mod, Kavulskygge. The beta test is up in my workshop if you want to check it out.

Could you leave the lobby empty on your finished version? I've been looking around for a big house with space. I like to use big empty rooms to try out spells/thralls/ and other things I just wanna try/play with. :)

Can you make it so you can tell your spouse to live there. I love the house, but I can't tell my family to live there. :(
