Description
The Trouble With Robots is a side-scrolling real-time customisable card game with elements in common with Magic: The Gathering and Plants vs Zombies. Build a deck of 5 - 9 cards and then attempt to beat a level using the summon and spell cards you've chosen. More cards are unlocked as you play, and there are plenty of combos and new deck archetypes to be discovered.

The Trouble With Robots also features a humorous story about the people of a fantasy world trying to fight off an invasion of bureaucratic robots. Skyscrapers and shopping malls are built, and their beautiful world will never be the same again!
  • 48 cards to collect
  • 32 levels
  • Limited mode for extended play
  • Summon hordes of angry peasants, griffins and dragons!

I've purchased this game for cheap (sorry!) from indie game stand and have surprisingly lots of fun with it.

This game is GREAT. Take a bit of customizable card game and add a dash of tower defense, and voila: The Trouble With Robots. I beat it drm free, but I'd rebuy it Steam! It's that good!

One of the best card games I have played on PC. Reminds me a little bit of Arcomage, but gives new options and makes this card game genre more fun and adventurous.

I tried the demo based on the buzz from the IndieGameStand sale, and now I'm sad I missed picking it up. This is a fun twist on the CCG and tower defense genres! Try the demo for yourself.
