Neocolonialism is an online multiplayer game for 3-6 players about global financial ruin.

Play as a capitalist and extract as much money from the world as possible–but ideally, more than your buddies are extracting. It is a game of world domination that does not have nukes, but does have austerity packages. It is not a serious game, but it is a sarcastic game. In a world full of ostensibly topical games, this one pretty darn topical. If you play it, you will buy and sell Bonds, vote in Parliament, make Trade Agreements, and screw over People.

Intresting concept

Pass, not interested in both the concept or the constant attacks on capitalism as if it were evil.

Fascinating concept. Would love to see it on Steam.

Far too simplistic, I am sure given time and effort you might be able to make this into what you mean. So far I can see, by watching your videos, that you lack both the understanding of the actual subject matter at hand and the experience to put forth the idea you intend.

Take a few courses in Economics, understand the difference between Marxism and Capitalism (very different concepts) and then put this up on Kickstarter. I look forward to seeing this become something, voted NO for now.

I have voted on every greenlight item. My current count is 1175 No votes, and 90 yes votes. I thought I should let you know I voted Yes here. I vote for games bringing something beautiful or new to either their Genre or the industry as a whole. From one dev to another, well done, keep up the good work.

I'm gonna ruin everything... Except for New Zealand, 'cos I don't wanna ruin myself!

This game isn't near as cleaver as he seems to think it is, but I'm sure there will be a lot of Pseudo-intellectuals praising it for validating their world view.

there's a lot of creepy truth to this game

@gines2 : Everything is political. And I'd rather play this game than most of the other crap games out there.

Upvoted and going to your talk at PAX East tomorrow.

I don't wanna see political crap here. This is a place for give an opportunity to game developpers, not for "give a voice" to crazy "bolivarian" rednecks. And there are no game here, only a page of excel and a ugly inverted map. That's not enough for kongregate, for example. A big no.
