In the not-too-distant future, a nation rebelling against anti-religious legislation undergoes civil unrest on a mass scale. A group of activists must get their message to government legislators, relying on an underground movement led by a shadowy figure known only as “Ghost.”

A twist on the top-down shooter genre, 'Messenger' has players protecting a robot sent to deliver an important document to lawmakers. Using a satellite defense system hacked and controlled by Ghost, the player must take down hostile drones and other military forces sent to keep the robot from completing its mission. Messenger uses a unique 3D targeting system combined with a timing mechanic that requires players to lead their shots and preserve ammo. This creates an inherent challenge, testing even a hardcore gamer’s tactical and twitch abilities.

The game has potential, Nice

You could have multiple weapon types from different satellites.
[list][*]Laser - Instant, smallest area-of-effect (AoE), has to be held on target, not as effective on armored targets, battery has to charge between shots.
[*]Kinetic Strike - Fires small masses at high-speed. Delay, larger AoE, highly effective on armored targets, has the possibility of puncturing unarmored targets without destroying them.
[*]Missile-high explosive head - Longest delay, locks onto target, explosive head means large AoE, not as effective against armored targets.
[*]Missile-armour piercing head - Longest delay, locks onto target, shaped charge head means medium AoE, highly effective against armored targets, has the possibility of puncturing unarmored targets without destroying them.

Hope this helps!

Basically, a combination of ' Anomaly ' and an inverted ' Missile Command '. Cool!

Some suggestions:
[olist][*]I would *strongly* suggest an adjustable zoom, though. At the 'magnification' shown in the videos, it looks like there isn't enough time to react to targets if things get busy. To balance things, I would suggest that the more you zoom out, the larger the aiming error is. That way, players could zoom out to see what is coming up, but the more they can see, the harder it is to hit anything.
[*]Another play mechanic would be to choose the Messenger's path, like in Anomaly, to avoid overly hazardous areas and/or complete side missions.

It can be taken if it is published at a reasonable price.
