Description
This should add a siege event if you have a fleet in the nearby sea zone that cuts the siege morale by 10%.

The scope's for this aren't very fleshed out by Paradox so IDK how well it limits this, e.g. could activate for any siege that's on a port regardless of if you have a nearby fleet. Also, because of this, I can't limit the damage by the size of the fleet.

Though, hyperiondaren says it's working as intended.

IIRC alexander put catapults on ships to pound the city's walls.

I am just curious in the logic of this mod. "Early Medieval Cannon. It is thought that gunpowder was invented in China and found its way to Europe in the 13th Century. In the mid to late 13th Century gunpowder began to be used in cannons and handguns, and by the mid 14th Century they were in common use." so if i played at 769 does it have cannons hmm

By the way, I get this event whenever I am sieging a coastal province and have at least one ship raised
