Description
Makes walking faster and running slower by ~25% respectively, including speeds with weapons/magic drawn, casting/firing, swimming, and sprinting.

Affects both NPCs and the player character.

Only makes changes to MOVT values.

@RexJayden: Nope! I made no actual changes to NPCs themselves, so there should be no conflict with heights, etc. I just changed a variable that's referenced when the game decides how fast NPCs should be moving.

I'm trying this out. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I hated how unrealistically fast your character runs, and how sluggish they walk. (So slow that walking up stairs is like climbing a mountain.) This needs to be more popular.

MOVT values are just mulipliers used by the engine/creation kit to modify player/NPC movement speeds. :3

just do player.setav speedmult norm 100%. dont go past 500/1000 or it will freeze pc
