Description
Some improvements made since my last tutorial (check my workshop to find it).

Current set up

- Rotatory base bought in amazon (the manual method really was a pain)
- Using mobile phone instead of webcam (Nokia Lumia 925)
- Using Proshop Classic app (with manual focus and time lapse)

A massive improvement since my last set up, especially in the Rohan Raider, although I had to reduce the quality of the mesh to make it possible loading in into TTS, but the scan itself was incredibly detailed.

Hi Juulm... Not at the moment... I changed my job and now I'm snowed under... Hopefully I'll have time to get back to this in the future, but not anytime soon.

Yes, the platform rotates by itself and the app in the phone takes a picture every 2 seconds (time lapse option)

Does the platform constantly rotate? I assume you just let it spin and then let the app take a photo like every 0.5 seconds or so?

Hi @motorexp, you can see how I created the model in my tutorial (also in the workshop) - I have only changed a few things in my current set up that I'll list in the pictures and the description.

You'll see different qualities in the miniatures so far due to different configurations. So far the easier set up is the one giving the best results.
