This replaces the main theme on loading with Stephen Walking's Dubstep version of the Elder Scrolls Anthem for you, umm, Dubsteppers (?) out there - just enable when you want to hear it and disable when you don't - job done.

For info the dubbisteppiness kicks in about 1min 30 into the track. If you think this is tad too long to wait, I have uploaded a Turbosnowy special version where it kicks in immediately - just grab from my Outrageously Awesome Audio collection.

If you aren't sure, thinking 'Hey I like Dubstep and I also like the main theme, why would I want to change that?' just watch the video.... The little picture under the main picture with a play buttton in the middle of it, make sure you have the sound on and then make up your mind.

Now I have to be honest, when I was asked to make a Dubstep mod I had no idea what Dubstep was, but it seems pretty funky to me, so here we are (guess I am just too uncool and not down or up enough, but hey I make Skyrim mods so that's pretty much a given!)

If you like this mod then RATE IT UP (thumbs up Icon) and favourite it (little star button to the right of the thumbs up button) so it becomes more visible to more people who will enjoy it as well.

Credits: All go to Stephen Walking, the creator of the music. Check him out on facebook or youtube.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
Q1) I want this crazy mix to be louder but am too lazy to reach over and turn up the volume. Please fix it for me so I don't have to burn any calories.

A1) Sadly Skyrim has a set 'Awesome Sound Limiter' which prevents your computer from exploding with the amount of awesome it is trying to process. You can however circumvent this safety limiter, by working those things that normally hang limp from your side and using them to manipulate the speaker volume to the level you desire.

Q2) I jus dun getit, I got to this page sumhow by headbutting the keyboard, then scratched myself a bit and strangely nothing works in game - howz duz i makez it wurk?

A2) There is a GIANT big bright green button with subscribe on it - clicking on it might make something special happen, like making this mod work for you.

Q3) BuBuh Buhh But there's two mods for this Dubstep track? Why did you make two? I can't handle two mods that appear the same to me since I never bothered to check what the differences were and now my head's all weird so I thought I would just spam in comments rather than actually check it out for myself.

A3) A common problem amongst the mentally challenged I'm afraid. This mod is the original version of the track which introduces the dubstep about 1min 30secs into the track. The other mod is my tweaked version which starts the dubstep immediately so you don't have to wait. Glad I could help.

Q4) I hate Dubstep and I hate anyone that downloads this mod and you with seething vengeance for making this available - you have ROOOOOOINED SKYRIM!!

A4) OK pre-emptive rant incoming* - Listen you total tool, this does not affect your game in the slightest so climb off your tiny mountain and get a dose of reality for once - NO-ONE FREAKING CARES if you don't like this mod - seriously, what do you think your mindless complaint will accomplish? Everyone will go 'Ah well, that guy none of us knows hates Dubstep so we must all be mistaken and like the things he likes instead.' Do you really expect that to happen? Just accept the fact in that tiny peanut brain of yours that different people like different things and that this is not a threat to you - just get over it ok?

*Saves me having to repeat this probably lots of times in the coming week or so.

Just in case anyone asks, if you want to go back to the original soundtrack after a while, then disabling this mod in your datafiles (available in Launch Screen) will make you get your original theme music come back again as if nothing had changed - this wont 'ruin' your Skyrim as with any mod (except those with scripts which this doesn't)

As a last tip - chances are if this gets popular enough comments will be spammed by trolls/griefers and general ashats trying to get a rise and a reply out you - ignore them - I will delete their comments when I see them. Also people may start to spam "OMG FREE STEAM GAMES at this link!" - this is a con designed to make you give them your login details - ignore those aswell - will delete as soon as I see them also.

OK Have fun you Dubsteppers out there!

I really like dubstep. I really like this song. I really like Skyrim....

Only reason I didn't subscribe was because I have a hard time focusing on medieval immersion with postmodern tunes playing.

With lightening speed I respond to the last comment made about 6 months later to say 'Umm you do know I made a TS version that cuts down the wait don't you' and of course said person had probs finished Skyrim by now so UMM WELL.. but hey in case anyone else has a question similar they can see my response - like check my other mods before saying you would want a change as you never know it may already be there! Or not.

Dubstepness only begins at 1:30. Quite a long wait watching the menu screen for Dubstepness to happen.

The Oblivion theme and Skyrim theme are both modified versions of a song from Morrowind.
