In this test you will have to use some of these :
- Cube

- Tractor beam
- Bounce gel
- Portals

Updates :
- 2012/08/23 : Modified wiring and prevented the use of the tractor bean for retreiving the cubes.

Yeah the paint, edgeless cube and edgeless cube button are all uneccesary. In fact, I'd argue that this puzzle is easier if you just ignore the edgeless cube.

Is it even possible to add challaneges, like we know from portal 1 to chambers? That could spice up your chambers. At least the portals limit, as a challenge.

The puzzle here isn't really a puzzle. You just follow the things you find and hit the buttons you see, and place cubes in receptacles. In addition to that the design doesn't really lead the player anywhere, it just looks like a big heap of stuff thrown together.
When I first came through the entrance and looked up, I saw this and thought: Now that ain't right! I know this is not your fault, but it is still confusing enough that you could've at least fixed it. You could use an opaque panel instead, and remove the walls around the panel to show where the laser is generally pointing.

Getting paint on your hands, eh? Competent, but I'm not entirely sure the center of those three pedestal buttons does anything and this illustrates that issue with clear panels and lasers as it can appear the laser is hitting its receiver when it's really not. I understand that players need to see the signs, but I would recommend the back panel (the one facing the receiver) be solid, not glass. At the very least it'll remove that glitch.
