UPDATE November 2:

I've noticed that one of the mods i've been trying to get for a while, Star Forge, has unfortunately not been updated since early june (1.6.*) - as such, im rolling its functionality (and updating it) into my Improved Megastructures mod.

You will now have access to an additional Mineral producing dyson-like megastructure.

I've updated some values to make it work better with my mod, and the new game balance. Please let me know if you encounter any issues.





Since 1.8.0 Capek update, a lot of this mod's functionality has been rolled into default game settings.

The addon has been revamped to provide remaining things:


- This mod lets you construct more than 1 of each megastructures (same as before 1.8.0). You are still limited to 1 per system.

- This mod drastically reduces construction time of all megastructures (and slightly lowers resource costs).

- This mod increases chances you will get mega engineering tech if you have a curator scientist.

- This mod lets you construct/upgrade multiple megastructures at same time

- This mod lets you construct ringworlds around black holes. Because thats an awesome view.


This has NOT yet been tested on 1.8.0, please report any possible issues. Please make sure its this mod that's causing them and not any other mods.


Compatibility: this mod OVERWRITES the megastructres text files. Everything else is mod-specific.

I believe Broseph Stalin is referring to the 1.9 Humanoid Pack "Boulle" update.

Well, a way to check would be to go into your steam/steamapps/workshop, find stellaris folder, and check the mods you downloaded there - if they have a "megastructures" folder with a ring worlds text file inside, thats your culprit.

Are you using Glavius AI mod? Because basically anything that modifies the megastructures file for ring worlds would be affected.
