Useless Pop UPs

Description
UPP is an addon which allows the players to contact the administrators with a little Popup that, when triggered, appears in the top left corner of the screen of all the administrators.
For the settings you need to extract the addon (using Gmad) and go to lua/upp/sh_config.lua

Nope it's not possible but i think i'm going to rework this addon from zero, for optimize and add some functionality to this addon

Hello I would like to modify the addon a bit .. like add a Rank table etc.
