Description
(Formally known as Better factions: Complete)

Mod Description:

This mod alters the stats, inventory, perks and spells of many NPC's in the game. The effected Npc's are all members who belong to either the Thalmor, the Stormcloaks, Imperials, Forsworn, Bandits, Al'akir warriors and finally orc strongholds. These changes make them all far more challenging to fight, as well as more lore friendly.

PLEASE NOTE:
This mod does not alter the amount of NPC's spawned. The screenshots are just for decoration, and were from the hours of testing I did to see if all the changes had taken place.

LOOK AT THIS AS WELL

***If new imperial or stromcloak guards and captains are naked, this is skyrim getting used to their new stuff. click on them in the console and type "resetinventory". simple 5 second fix works all the time.****

CONFLICTS:

More war in the wild: I am working on a fix for this. There will also be a future mod from me that adds more faction camps and spawns that will be compatible with this mod.



LIST OF THINGS THE MOD HAS ALTERED

Imperials:
-imperial warriors now levels 5-30. level with you. they have agile defender rank 1
-imperial warriors now have shields
-*Imperial archers dont get new shields, but steel arrows and a slightly improved bow instead
-imperial guards now wear heavy armor with closed helm. jugganaught rank 3 and armsman rank 1
-*Imperial heavy armor has been tweeked to be slightly above steel in quality.
-imperial legate's vary from level 10-40. should level with you. all have new wargear. have heavy armor rank 4 and weapons rank 4
-Penitus Oculatus agents now level with you up to 30. They have agile defender rank 2 and armsman rank 1
-*Legates are no longer essential. A few are protected but can all be killed by the player.
-unique heros have a large boost to be a real fight!

Stormcloaks
-*warriors level with you from 5-30. Agile defender rank 1
-guards have iron guantlets and boots.have they have agile defender rank 3 and barbarian rank 1.
-leaders level with you from 10-40 and have new perks and weapons
-*Stormcloak Captains are no longer essential. Some are protected but all can be killed by the player.
-unique heros much stronger

Thalmor
-Warriors, archers and mages level with you from 7-45
-warriors and archers have agile defender 1, armsman rank2 and overdraw rank 1
-*elenwen and other named thalmor like ancano are much stronger

Forsworn
-level with you better
-some have lost perks, such as duel furry, armsman rank 60 were the first ones to go. as some had 20 perks, which is 20 more perks than most followers!
-some have had stat boosts to compensate. they are drugged up savvages not elite soilders.

Bandits
-lower end bandits level up with you to level 20 now instead of staying at level 1
-some wood elf bandits have elf bows, random chance
-orc bandits have 50% chance of having an orc weapon
-Bandits now have maximux bravery level

Aliki'r warriors
-Now level 3-30
-Aliki'r warriors now have plus 50 stamina, for more power attacks
-*Aliki'r warriors now have armsman rank 2

*Orc strongholds (New stuffs)
- Nagrub, Garakh and ulur are now followers.
-several orcs from the 4 camps have had stat upgrades and been given some perks

COMING SOON

This is the first of 6 packs. these packs will work togehter to rebalance the game. they are as followed

1=Better factions=DONE

2=Better guilds and followers=Done

3=better monsters=Done

4=better townspeople= this will make very slight changes to some townspeople to change their equipment.stats, make some followers, some essential or protected etc 50% finished

5=Better caves= will add more spawn markers, and change things like falmer, skeletons etc. 95% finished

6=Encounters mod= adds new events in the game world, as well as new enemies. 70% finished

A= if its sensible and asked politely instead of demanded, I will think about it

A= I am working on them in my spare time, alongside my art

A= No one person can realistically check every last skyrim mod

Never tested out yet but depending on which faction you join, do you take skyrim with that faction or is it juts random battles? if so im taking over with the thalmor.sorry to thoes who would disagree with me but the nords need to calm down about talos and think. the thalmor want the world? or possibly the empire, let them. they would get weaker. as weak as imperials and technically would lose in the end. i mean if the Alik'r wants to take the empire anyways haha :3
