This is a simple house mod born of a desire for a simple yet imposing residence, nothing gaudy or ridiculous within these 4 walls!

The Abandoned Monastery occupies only EXTERIOR cells, meaning there is no loading as you transition from inside to outside.

The Monastery consists of a modest courtyard and single large room, with stairs up to a half length second level.

The courtyard is pretty bare bones except for a number of archey targets and training dummies.

The main hall contains a single non respawn chest under the stairs a sermon area with a shrine to Mara.

Upstairs you will find 4 simple beds, an enchanter and alchemy station.

There is a map marker but the Navmesh is incomplete so companions may have issues (but who need them you're in a monastery, right?)

Location is just to the South East of Half Moon Mill, North side of the road, at the lake's edge.

If anyone would like to add to or improve on what i've put together, feel free, just credit me please!

If someone wants to put a key to the front door and hide it somewhere or put it up for sale that would be awesome too.

I hope you guys find something here you like, i'm happy to hear feedback.

Incompatible with:
- Hunter's Lake House

Possible issues:
- Possible Navmesh issues due to incomplete Navmesh
- Overlapping textures on the wooden pillars in the courtyard
- Some torches may go flying but i think i've got them all to ignore Havok and respawn.
- Some wierd indoor weather may occur due to the fact that there is no interior cells

I can sort out the lighting, navmesh , make it buyable and make an interior cell and more so subscribers you won't be disappointed I would like to thank the author for letting me update this so I will keep on informing you on how it is getting on

Wow, haven't really payed this much attention lately!

Apologies to subscribers about the wierd lighting and the crazy torches! If i get a bit of time i might revisit this but i'm hoping to concentrate on my Mordheim mod for now.
