Unlimited Shouts (no waiting time)

This mod simply removes the waiting time before you can use a shout again.

Works for all shouts.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!! This mod has now received a MAJOR OVERHAUL which should fix many issues and should now also support Dawnguard mods and custom shouts. See below for details.

HOW TO INSTALL:

- Click the the green 'Subscribe' button above.
- Start Skyrim.
- When the launcher loads up it should automatically begin downloading the mod (do not click on 'Play' yet).
- When download is complete, click on 'Data Files' and make sure this mod is ticked (untick this to disable the mod).
- Click on 'Ok' and then click 'Play' to launch the game with the mod enabled.

HOW TO USE:

You will now need to enable Unlimited Shouts via a new spell I have created. When cast, the new spell, called 'Unlimited Shouts', removes the waiting time between shouts.

1) You will automatically receive the 'Unlimited Shouts' spell after loading the game for the first time after installing/updating the mod. You should see the message "You have learned Unlimited Shouts" as soon as you load the game.
2) Equip the spell which can be found in the 'Alteration' section of the Magic inventory.
3) Simply cast the spell to enable unlimited shouts.
4) The effect lasts for 100 in-game days after which you will need to recast the spell.
